At BaSiC Prep Leadership Academy, we aim to provide a solid learning foundation that will enable our young scholars to successfully matriculate to and through the upper levels of their education. Our focus is on Math, Science, English and Social Studies and making sure our students meet benchmarks in those disciplines as outlined in the Common Core Standards.
Core lessons are delivered asynchronously online and taught by certified teachers. Additionally, opportunities that provide hands-on, applied learning, physical activity, and socialization are provided through our Educational and Community Partners.
In addition to academic performance, the BaSiC Prep Leadership Academy aims to help young scholars develop attitudes, skills and character that will carry them through life and enable them to become the best versions of themselves.

We currently offer a hybrid program in San Antonio, TX where we are headquartered. Students convene in small groups at their assigned locations to take classes online. Each site has a Learning Facilitator who is available to answer questions, provide directions, and supervise the students' participation in the extended learning activities.

Although we are headquartered in San Antonia, TX, our K-8 program is offered online to students across the country. This is a perfect for parents who need mobility in their children's education because of their work situation or parents who simply want to be more engaged. We still provide extended and hands-on learning activities through our Learning Partners who deliver lessons online.
